About Pink Sodalite
Pink Sodalite is a sulphur-rich variety of Sodalite found in only a handful of locations worldwide, including Afghanistan, Myanmar, Canada, and Greenland. Its soft pink to lilac tones are caused by trace sulphur content within the crystal structure. Some specimens exhibit tenebrescence — a fascinating natural phenomenon where the stone deepens to a richer violet or purple under UV light, then slowly returns to its original pink in the dark. Each rough piece is entirely unique in shape, size, and depth of colour.
